How the buying process works,

Vehicle selection: After choosing the model of vehicle, colour and options for your new car. If you require any assistance or advice, please do not hesitate to contact Independent Fleet and we can guide you on the selection process.

Test Drive: Always test drive the car your buying and the exact model you are wanting to buy, as a lesser or higher grade of car may give you a different feel (don't let a salesperson tell you different) This is a important part of the buying process. Drive the car on the roads you wish to test the car under your normal driving conditions. We can have the car brought to you.

Trade In: We can organise a trade valuation or you can get the dealer where you test drive the car to do the valuation for you.

Best Price: Once you have settled on a car and the options required, contact Independent Fleet to obtain the best buying price for you. We then work with you with the pricing and availability obtained that suits you. This process usually takes about 48 hours.

Ordering New Car: Once we have settled on the deal that suits you, we'll send you the order confirmation so you know exactly what you're getting. We'll also let you know the date you can expect delivery of your brand new car.

Delivery of New Car: Your new car can be delivered to your door or you can choose to pick it up from the dealer. Your new car will come with a free full tank of fuel.
